2. Especial Manual Accessories
Type: Extended stem, chainwheel, high visibility position indicators.
Chainwheel
Built with a notched wheel connected to the output shaft of the reducer, and a standard chain of a certain length.
Designed in our engineering lab to properly endure the operation torque of valves as well as possible bending of the shaft of the reducers, always considering the maximum possible force given as standard for not damaging an operator.
Extended stem
Made up of a jacket tube and a carbon or stainless steel moving drive shaft.
Designed in our engineering lab to properly endure the operation torque of valves as well as possible bending of the shaft of the reducers, once installed.
Use of joints between neck and valve to avoid humidity intrusion.
Superior and inferior flanges designed according to ISO 5211 for easy interchangeability of equipments in the field.
Additional wall anchors, necks built entirely of a variety of stainless steels including 300 or 400 series and joint flanges especially for valves or actuators not complying with standard upon request.
High visibility position indicators
Installed over our manual reducers, these allow the plant operator to remotely check if they are open, closed or in an intermediate position.

Allows for complete test of SIS (Safety Instrumented System) in places where exercising final control elements is not practical.
